Due to delays in the finalization of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended March 31, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”), Energous Corporation (the “Company”) was unable to file the Form 10-Q by 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time on May 15, 2023, the original due date for such filing. The Company anticipates that it will file the Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
